A job search is a major undertaking and something that you’ll need to be prepared to tackle. It’s a personal process, one that requires hard work, introspection, and patience. At first blush, it may seem overwhelming, but some planning and direction setting at the front end it will help you overcome the challenges you encounter. Our GetHired!™ program lays out the framework for a successful job search so you can spend time doing the activities that can obtain you a great new job, not figuring out what to do next. You are never unemployed - if you don't have a traditional job, your new job is finding a job. A successful job search requires organization, motivation and dedication. The good news is that you’re the boss! Set a schedule and stick to it. Since every job search is unique, this process will inherently be customized to your personal situation. That said, it’s also important that you commit fully to the program and do as many of the activities as possible, even if they’re out of your comfort zone. We include them because they work!
