Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with insurance products including design and implementation of new or existing products, promotion strategies and day-to-day product line management to advance sales and servicing.

• Support ongoing product evolution including coordinating and driving efforts with technical, operational, compensation, investment and regulatory experts.

• Explain product information that includes translating program features and functions to internal and external partners with minimal assistance.

• Develop expertise in programs and industry landscape to respond to product inquiries.

• Build platform expertise in order to identify and provide product input for efficient set-up.

• Provide support and product expertise to internal teams.

• Work with agile development teams to ensure product design details can be accommodated.

• Understand and demonstrate regulatory compliance through adherence of business conduct, support programs and address Field and client practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to develop deep product expertise.

• Ability to build strong internal networks.

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills, ability to work within deadlines, prioritize work and multitask.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to learn technical details of insurance or investment programs.

• Track record of initiative.
