Job/Internship Description

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our team as a Power Platform Usage Analyst Intern. This role is pivotal in optimizing our digital transformation initiatives by analyzing the usage patterns of Microsoft Power Platform applications within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conductthorough analysesof Power Platform usage, including PowerApps & Power Automate workflows.
  • Collaborate withapp and flow makersto understand the applications' purpose, target audience, data connections and current usage statistics.
  • Assist in coordinating themigration of appsand flows as needed, to streamline operations and establish policies to improve the security and compliance assets utilizing premium connectors.
  • Based on usage results, help determine the correctlicense requirementsto ensure compliance with Microsoft's regulations and internal governance.
  • Prepare detailedreportsand presentations to summarize findings and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in the development of strategies toincrease adoptionand effective use of Power Platform tools across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and its components is a plus, but not a requirement

Passion for innovation through the use of technology, particularly related to automation

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions:

To apply for an internship you must:

  • Be a current college student or May 2024 graduate
  • Beable to work in the United States
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Have availability to work full-time (40hrs/week) over the course of the internship
  • Prior to being eligible to start your internship, you will be subject to a background check and drug screen
